Currys And PC World Unveil A Joint Superstore In Blackpool, Squires Gate Retail Park

Currys and its sister store PC World, the UK’s leading electrical retailers, opened the doors to a brand new joint superstore at Squires Gate Retail Park, Blackpool, FY4 3RN on 23rd July 2011.

The opening of the new joint superstore represents the largest electrical shopping destination in the area.

The 30,000 square foot superstore will provide the best of both brands under one roof, making shopping for electricals a much simpler and more enjoyable experience for customers. The new store will offer the widest range and best selection of electricals from both Currys and PC World ensuring a better shopping experience for customers.

The new Currys and PC World Blackpool, Squires Gate Retail Park superstore showcases over 4,500 products including a huge range of HD and 3D TVs and digital cameras and MP3/4 players from top brands such as Apple. There are various styles of fridges and freezers, kitchen gadgets and electrical grooming products to suit every need and budget, as well as a massive range of computing tablets and netbooks, laptops and PCs for sale throughout the store.

The new joint superstore offers customers a ‘hands-on’ product experience coupled with extended product ranges, which is designed to meet all technology needs. This superstore has a huge selection of interactive ‘play tables’ allowing customers to pick up, turn on and test out a wide range of products before they purchase, including premium brands such as Apple, Siemens, Liebherr, Bosch, Miele and more.
