LONELY PLANET'S BEST IN TRAVEL FREE ON THE iBOOKSTORE

Lonely Planet's world-leading travel pictorial titles are available on the iBookstore for the first time, and Best in Travel went in straight at number one. Readers can download the best-selling Lonely Planet's Best in Travel, The Travel Book and Lonely Planet's Guide to Travel Photography as ebooks, gaining access to expert tips on the best destinations, journeys and experiences for the year. The books can be viewed on an iPad, iPhone and iPod touch and are the first Lonely Planet guides to be released in Apple’s fixed-layout format, which retains the page layout, font and designs of the original print titles.

To mark the launch of these ebooks, Lonely Planet's Best in Travel is available for free, for a limited time, exclusively on the iBookstore until 14 June.
